Being engaged or 'in the flow' is strongly associated with better wellbeing. Being totally engrossed in what you are doing when time flies is a sign that you are not only good at what you do but that you have developed a great skills!

Relationship
Good work relationships are one of the most important aspects of wellbeing at work. Getting on with people can make or break a day. Research shows that resilience is correlated with quantity and quality of relationships at work.

Meaning
Knowing why your work matters is so important to keeping on going when times get tough. When you see your work make a difference it gives you a sense of meaning and purpose.

Accomplishment
'Feeling the wind in your hair' is an important aspect of wellbeing. Focusing of what you have achieved makes you feel good, it gives you a sense of purpose and gives you the energy to keep going when things go wrong.

Physical Health
A key factor of wellbeing. Research shows the quickest way to improve all your wellbeing scores is to work at your physical health. Small improvements here gives increases across the board which all add up to make a big difference!

Mindset
Mindset encompasses the degree to which you are hopeful about your future prospects as well as having a growth mindset which is associated with higher levels of wellbeing in work settings.

Environment
Having an environment which is conducive to work is important. Having a work space which is clean, light and airy with access to nature is associated with better workplace wellbeing.

Financial
Although research shows money doesn't necessarily buy happiness, it is true that a lack of money can bring stress. Having enough money to meet your needs (not necessarily wants - although this can help!) is important for building wellbeing.
